The rules that govern use of the Oura website, mobile app, and services operated by TipTap LTD.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using Oura, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Accounts and user information
You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
3. Booking, doodle, and companion services
Oura provides tools for queue bookings, plus-one companionship, light errands, and live doodles. Actual service delivery depends on availability, booking acceptance, and proper cooperation between participants.
4. Payments and third-party providers
Payments and certain financial operations are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Email communications may be sent via Brevo and network protection or delivery may be handled through Cloudflare.
Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We do not fully control third-party policies.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe activity. You may not violate third-party rights, attempt fraud, or interfere with platform operations.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access where there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, legal risk, or a need to protect the platform and its users.
